  Dr.Cha was super friendly and made me feel comfortable about getting the extractions. Staff was nice also. They also direct bill insurance so you don't have to pay up front which is great and convenient ☺

  Dr Cha saw myself and my husband for several visits. I have spent over $8,000 for several caps that were much lighter than the rest , I let it go, thinking that one day I will change the other teeth to the same bright white color. What has disturbed us is the treatment that my husband Allan Nordstrom has received the 4th of August. "I had an appointment for cleaning and a tooth to be filled, I arrived at9 o'clock and at 11:45 I was still on the dentist's chair. After being anesthetize for the filling, Dr. Patel realized that the office had NO WATER and no AIR to suction, that was quite a trauma as I had to swallow blood and filling. Finally after 3 hours, Dr. Patel requested another appointment to complete this filling, in the meantime, she cleaned the botched filling (without water nor air suction), then she stretched my mouth cheek and pinched my lower lip till I bled. No apologies, no comment of what she was doing for the 3 hours that I was on the chair. I was treated like an animal. Please let the public be aware. Thank you, Allan and Theresa Nordstrom
