  I have been inside Frankie's Flowers in Camrose for the third time now and each time I have been more and more upset with their lack of customer service. I went in there 4 days after mother's day and they had no flowers to choose from. Correct me if I am wrong but should you not anticipate selling out of flowers on mothers day and be prepared for this? My biggest gripe though with this establishment is the rude women who work there with the exception of the two younger ladies in their early 20's who have worked there within the past year. The older women especially the one carries herself with an unflattering heir of superiority and always acts like she couldnt be bothered to have to help you. I will never give them my business ever again and I have told several people I know too. With Pederson's flower shop just steps away I would think they would be more mindful of the competition instead of being content with their complacency. The only redeeming factor is the beautiful location.

  Purchased some lillies with a selection of other flowers for my wife on oir anniversary, two days later they hadnt opened, just wilted and turned brown. The staff is condescending. The protea stayed healthy for four days. I followed all directions given by staff, and consider myself a very aware shopper when it comes to flowers: I have a tone of experience and flourist friends all over alberta. This is my second poor experience in a row, will not be shopping here again.
