  I purposely, put off a surgery to have it done here, instead of Edmonton and I am super happy I did! The facilities are modern and clean, well kept and used by caring, trained professional staff. The pastor was approachable and the chapel open 24/7. One was NEVER treated as inconvenience but cared for kindly from the point they walked through the door until leaving and that was not rushed like hospitals in Edmonton that more resemble meat markets and are filthy. THANK YOU to ALL there for you wonderful, kind and thoughtful care and respect for me as a person. Will always be grateful!

  The Dr and nurses were great and food is not bad but they don't give you a very big portion at mealtime

  I have had poor service from what i feel are inexperienced and non-caring staff. There are too many horror stories and if you only believe half of what you hear then that is still horrific. I suggest daysland, wetaskiwin, or a vet for anything worse than a scraped knee. The clinic i feel is no better. Google "Smith Clinic" for my Google review

  Some staff are rude don't acknowledge you wait times are ridiculous if staying some nurses rush you out of the hospital too early and ignore call buttons

  I've spent the last two days here visiting a relative, so this review is from a visitor perspective not a patient viewpoint. The hospital is clean and tidy. I love all the art on the walls that brings some cheerfulness to the mostly white walls. Decor is tasteful. The staff are friendly, though busy. There are lovely little lounge areas all over for visitors, with a few patios outside as well.
