    Travel agent, Kyla Coe, booked a tour in Italy for me in May. Kyla is the best – friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I emailed her with a lot of questions during the planning process, which she answered immediately, most of the time well within the hour. Kyla never missed a beat, making sure all bases were covered, so by the time I was ready to go, I had absolutely no worries about anything left undone. The whole trip went smoothly and I will definitely trust Kyla to help me plan my next excursion.

    Went in to purchase travel insurance for an upcoming trip. Receptionist was really rude because we didn't have an appointment and our agent was unfriendly, had a bad attitude and seem bothered we were in her "chair". Next trip we will look else where for travel insurance.
