  Fairly organized and relaxed. Dr Jorgensen was very accommodating and was willing to listen to a couple additional concerns I had, which is something I haven't found from most other doctors. I'm pretty new to making my own appointments, but the receptionists there were generally patient with me and answered any questions I had.

  A real level of incomptence that shouldn't be tolerated; for two months now my pharmacist has faxed a request for my prescrition and in that time no one on their staff could have thought to flag me on the system as someone who the doctor requested to come in. Only now to phone me to tell me I don't even have a family doctor, even though I went to the meet & greet met him and even have went to him in the past to get my renewal. So I'll be going to a doctor's office that can actually do their jobs because now I have to sit in line at a walk in clinic to get a temporary script AGAIN.
