  I heard lots of bad reviews on this company but I give them a benefits of doubt, I order a couch and chair from them a month ago because on there ad says they will deliver the item on the day, as well as the salesperson promised us we will get the furniture on particular day, I call the store and they said they don't have it the item, still on supplier, means I need to wait another week or months, what a terrible customer service.

  Wahoooo this is a mockery of the bricks. I just walked out right now 14/09/2016. Here is what the manager said to me after telling him I wanted a reduction on a clearance dining with chairs that has considerable scratches and marks he was so insolent and rude telling me " he needed to feed his family that it was my problem if I found the bricks Edmonton cheaper. I felt really bad that a so called manager will take out his frustration of low sales on a customer. He actually asked the sales person previously attending to us not to answer us. Bad bad bad. I feel really sad that the bricks will give their franchise to such a person or let an unruly , high tempered person be their face

  Very nice people that work here! Enjoyed shopping for my couch also bought a bed here great customer service thank you to all your wonderful staff.
