  The staff at Cloud 9 are caring and will often go the extra mile to support you. I have had massages, pedicures, and waxing done here and have felt respected and pampered each time. The receptionist is helpful and efficient on the phone and in person.

  I've been visiting Cloud 9 for about a year, and each visit has been lovely. The staff are friendly, empathetic and a pleasure to visit with. The shop are also has frequently curated health and beauty products. Bonus: you can book online, and confirm appointments by email and or SMS!

  When I went for my first appointment, I was very disappointed to find that my gel nails had broken off within a few hours of having them done. I expressed my concern via online review and had received a response before I had even woken up the next morning! The proprietor had apologized for my experience and asked for me to come back at my earliest convenience to see what could be done about it. We have been in correspondence since then and I am so impressed with the level of customer service that I cannot wait to return, although it may be for a service other than nails. Brilliant atmosphere and great pedicures, my mother was very happy with hers.

  I had a really bad experience at this place .I was never told that there is a charge to not cancel appointment .Then lady at reception says if you rebook the appointment then there will no charge ,that's when I found out there was a charge .so I rebooked went for my appointment comes out at reception to pay and found out she is charging me for previous appointment too. I told her you said if I would rebook then I will okay .she said I talked to boss she said no . I asked then why did you tell me I won't I get charged If I rebook ,her reply was she doesn't make polices . As a receptionist don't you respresent your company. If that's what your policy is why is not anywhere written in store clearly as lots other places say it clear and loud .what kind of this hidden policy is to ROB people ? Very disappointed with whole situation. ....of course I was stuck somewhere as couldn't make it the first. ...this what you get back as you try to be nice this is what we call cuter service
