  Our large family required accommodations that Canalta was able to provide. Both of our rooms consisted of 3 queen size beds. All of grown kids were able to have their own space. The cost for our trip was better then expected. Canalta has great rates and amenities. Camrose Canalta will always be on our best places we stayed list. The staff was great and very helpful.

  We experienced some of the best customer service ever at the Canalta in Camrose. The front desk girl Jo went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very kind and is excellent at what she does. We loved the Halloween decorations that were done by Jen,it really made it feel welcoming and homey when we first walked in. Also, the housekeeping staff do a fantastic job of keeping the rooms clean. We will absolutely be staying again!!!

  From the moment you enter, you are greeted with friendly helpful staff. Very impressed with how clean the rooms were along with the comfortable beds with the mountain of pillows. Not only had wonderful sleeps but really enjoyed the breakfast that was offered. The hotel was our escape to relax during our busy hockey weekend.

  The moment we walked in to the Canalta in Camrose , we felt welcomed . Someone was being trained at the front counter and I was very impressed with Jo that was training the young man. So patient & kind. .. Suggestion ... even the trainees should have a name tag . .... We had car trouble on the day we were leaving and had to hang out in the lobby on check out day for a couple of hours. This was not an issue. The staff were concerned and we were able to watch the TV, charge our phone and use the tea/coffee area. The only other suggestion I would have is to have Decaf coffee at breakfast. I asked in the A.M. and the girl said there is not enough interest. I understand this .. but perhaps a Kuerig could be set up for those of us that can only drink Decaf. I appreciated it in the room though.

  Our recent stay at the Canalta Camrose was, overall, a very pleasant one. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond. We stayed right after the Big Valley Jamboree, when the were fully booked for 5 days, and with the exception of there being small amounts of dried mud on the floor of my room, you would never have known people were partying hard there just the day before. The pool is very clean, with tables to sit at. The breakfast area is wonderful, as it doubles as a place to relax in the evening, complete with comfy chairs and a fireplace. It was nice to get together with friends here and play a few games. I will definitely stay here again!
